Now that is the question everyone wants to know!

WIll the market recover so rapidly that our homes will be worth more than they were in 2010?

Or will the market go straight back down again?

The truth is, no one knows for sure what is going to happen to the property market but the most important thing to do is to ensure that your are well protected if the market does pick up, stay flat or even drop.

On the mortgage front, we are definitely seeing positive things.  Nearly all of the lenders around have been dropping their rates. Fingers crossed, the competition looks like its coming back!
